What Valei provides: Employer of Record for household staff We employ private household staff on behalf of UHNW families. We handle payroll, benefits, tax filings, compliance and HR issues so family offices and principals do not have to act as the legal employer. Household operations and staffing structures We design and manage staffing plans for primary and secondary residences. From housekeepers and butlers to chefs and estate managers, our focus is the right people in the right roles, supported by clear systems. Luxury service standards and training Our background in five star hospitality shapes everything we do. We bring hotel-level service into private homes and reinforce it through training, coaching and our learning management system. Technology platform The Valei platform includes an AI Concierge, learning management system and client portal for reporting, task tracking and communication.
