VAERO specializes in the provision of advanced aircraft structures, sub-assemblies, and precision components, serving both the commercial aerospace and defense sectors. Our diverse product offerings support a wide range of applications, including manned and unmanned military helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, and ground platforms. Notable use cases include cockpit assemblies, wiring harness installations, and flight control systems for helicopters. We are experienced in the manufacturing and assembly of intricate cockpits for both military and commercial aircraft, with expertise in Sikorsky’s H-60 models (UH-60M Black Hawk, HH-60M MEDEVAC, and S-70) as well as the Bell AH-1Z Viper. Our capabilities extend to the production of sheet metal components, extruded parts, and precision-machined components tailored for both commercial and defense aerospace industries. VAERO boasts a proven track record, having successfully delivered flight control surfaces for 173 Boeing aircraft as part of the 2007-2018 Wing Replacement Program (WRP).
