Commercial truth for capital decisions. VAERG provides automated commercial screening of transaction materials. An IM package is uploaded at vaerg.com and analysed against its own disclosed numbers; the result is a structured screening report, delivered by email within the hour, graded A to E by a fixed scorecard. Each screening covers six sections: commercial verdict, reality gap between narrative and disclosed figures, ranked risks with evidence citations, underwriting limits, base and break case, and noteworthy findings outside commercial scope. Every report is produced by five independent analysis runs reconciled into one verdict. Pricing is per screening, tagged to the target. A screening is decision support, not advice, and does not replace legal, financial, or strategic due diligence. It addresses one question at the top of the funnel: whether the commercial narrative in the IM is supported by the numbers the IM itself discloses. The process is confidential by design. Documents are processed entirely by machine, deleted on delivery, and handled through enterprise model APIs with training disabled. Each engagement is treated as confidential on a per-deal basis. VAERG is used in deal screening by private equity, investment companies, serial acquirers, and corporate M&A teams.
