Vacunek is an innovative business created for the development of its own technology, through research in bioscience and the application of biotechnology, especially, immunology, molecular biology, genomics and proteomics. It was founded in 2006 as a technology-based business by Neikertek SL, a company created for the transfer of knowledge and technology from NEIKER tecnalia. Vacunek focuses its activity on two main lines. On one hand, the development of biological against animal microbacteriosis in livestock and wild species and on the other, the design, development, validation and commercialization of systems for the detection and diagnosis of animal diseases and agro-food.
