VA Projects is an Edmonton-based owner's representative and project management firm for complex capital projects at zoos, churches, museums and other mission-driven institutions across Alberta. It also advises developers and institutional owners on pre-development, feasibility and project risk. Services: Owner's Representation & Capital Project Advisory, Complex Project Management, Stakeholder Alignment, Project Rescue & Risk Management, and EmpowerProject, our project management service for Canadian nonprofits. Recent work includes owner's representation on Hope City Church's $15 million, 20,000 sq ft expansion in Edmonton, and the Connected Coasts conceptual design for the Valley Zoo Development Society, delivered on its 24-week schedule and 100% on budget.
