Villanueva, C.P.A. was an accountant in the HVAC industry before co-founding VA EQUIPMENT. He holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from California State University, Fullerton. Mr. Villanueva is no longer involved in day-to-day operations with the company, but has been retained as a tax and accounting consultant.
