V22 provides affordable and versatile studios for artists, artisans, creative businesses, and social enterprises across London. We currently operate seven unique buildings, transforming spaces from old factories and former terraced houses to a Victorian children's home and a medieval rectory. Our diverse portfolio offers self-contained studios ranging from 20 to 2,000 square feet. More than just workspaces, our studios foster a thriving creative community—a place where artists and makers can connect, collaborate, and grow. We are committed to keeping London a vibrant hub for the arts by preserving affordable studio space and keeping rents at the lower end of the market.
