Since 1949, Universal X-Ray has been dedicated to the supply of X-Ray film and radiographic accessories to the healthcare community, satisfying the requirements of radiology departments of hospitals and clinics located throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada. Recently, the therapeutic, veterinary, and chiropractor markets have also been added to the markets the company services. The management team of UXR brings a wealth of business experience and technical expertise to the organization. Eric Hoffmann, owner and President, has over 25 years of successful Sales and Distribution experience dealing with world-class suppliers and partnering with large sophisticated customers in both the private and public sectors. The Sales, Marketing, and Service initiatives include experienced individuals possessing extensive experience within the medical imaging, clinical, veterinary, therapeutic, and nondestructive testing fields, at the service and management, sales engineering and market development levels. Rounding out the organization is an internal staff whose motto and attitude is "to serve the customer first" by being proactive at all levels of the customer service process including the after-sales support function.
