UURMI is a world leader in computer vision and communication based embedded system designs with proven Intellectual Property (IP), in multi-dimensional signal processing, image and video exploitation based algorithms. We develop MODEM, MAC and protocol stacks for various communication standards such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee as well as proprietary wireless systems for custom applications. Our computer vision algorithms take advantage of the technologies such as Biologically inspired visual attention and gist, 2D and 3D object recognition, Evolutionary optimization methods, Texture analysis, Shape-based recognition, Morphology and Image enhancement operations. Our System Integration services includes porting high-performance algorithms and standards to a variety of processors including GPU, FPGA, and DSP based systems, designing hardware platforms, board support packages and customized OS for embedded platforms. We have access to state of the art quad core CPUs, Kepler architecture GPUs, and several optical equipment including cameras in the visible, near IR, and LWIR ranges. We have developed India’s first, completely indigenous Software Defined Radio. We have a suit of secure, ruggedized handheld computing and communication devices. We also have a complete range of ruggedized multimedia recorders for use in defence and aerospace domains. Our innovative technologies, products, cognitive systems and solutions are being extensively used in challenging environments for defence and aerospace domains to build Autonomous vehicles for both aerial and terrestrial.
