UTMI.net is an Integrated Communications Provider (ICP) offering a full array of local, long distance, high-speed data (including DSL) to small and medium sized companies in Michigan. We have chosen to target small and medium sized-business because they are typically underserved by the incumbent local exchange provider (Baby Bell or Local Independent). UTMI.net's objective is to provide one-stop shopping for communications services and to offer full integrated broadband data and voice services through a single point of contact for sales and client care. We believe in building a strong local presence in each market we serve hiring experienced sales personnel, developing strong relationships with clients by selling services face-to-face and acting as the clients telecommunications consultant.
