Utley Properties was later led into commercial real estate and mortgage banking during the 1980s, under the leadership of Mark D. Utley. Today, Mark Utley, Jr. represents the third generation of the Utley family to join the firm. As the Construction Manager, he takes responsibility for New Homes Construction and Home and Land Sales.
