Limited Liability Company “TriMob" is the first Ukrainian UMTS / WCDMA mobile network operator. The founder and the only member of "TriMob" LLC is a Joint Stock Company "Ukrtelecom". "TriMob" LLC has obtained necessary licenses and permission of the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications of Ukraine: Previous entities: Utel founded in 1992 for integration of telecommunication infrastructure and services in Ukraine. Founders of Utel were Ukrtelecom JSC, AT&T, Deutsche Telekom and KPN. In 2005 Utel was merged with Ukrtelecom JSC as an affiliate.
