USTAAR is a University of Miami initiative supported by the Alvarez Family Fund and led by Dr. Suhrud Rajguru, fostering a multidisciplinary student accelerator program within the Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Scholarship. Leveraging institutional resources and in close partnerships with the community, USTAAR will provide capital, mentorship, and educational support for student ideas from concept to commercialization. USTAAR will cultivate a culture of innovation, stimulate technology transfer, and promote entrepreneurship that will spur socioeconomic impact in South Florida and beyond.
