The UST was created by Transbank, Redbanc and Nexus as the managing organization for common outsourcing contracts, beginning with the IT outsourcing contract signed with HP-ES in July 2009. The first two years will be concentrated on the Transition & Transformation project, which will take these companies from their current independent operation state to a final consolidated IT processes and infrastructure managed by HP personnel in HP data centers.
