Userhub Information

Userhub drives inclusive innovation through UX research, human-centered design (HCD), and applied education. Since 2014, we’ve helped advance digital systems by working with people, not just for them. Our UX Lab is a dedicated hub for testing, evaluating, and improving digital products and services. We work with NGOs, public institutions, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet real-world needs through usability audits, user testing, and design evaluations. We also offer structured learning programs focused on UX, HCD, and inclusive innovation—enabling professionals to develop practical research skills and strategic design capabilities. Our Certificate and Diploma programs have supported hundreds of learners across sectors, blending fieldwork, mentorship, and case-study development. In addition to our Lab and learning ecosystem, we publish the Userhub Journal (ISSN: 3080-9797), an open-access peer-reviewed journal featuring original research, frameworks, and case studies that intersect design, technology, and social development. Our work spans accessibility, civic tech, digital inclusion, and systems thinking—with strong alignment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). From rural sanitation access to financial trust, from digital literacy to public health equity, we contribute to evidence-based practice through both research and real-world engagement.
