USD 305, Salina, Kansas (KS), is the twelfth largest school district in KS located in Saline County, north central Kansas. The school district embraces challenges, creates belonging, fosters pride and inspires hope with an aim to be the best place to learn and work. General Information Eight elementary, two middle, two high schools and a virtual school serve Pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The district partners with Salina Area Technical College, Hutchinson Community College, Kansas Wesleyan University, and K-State Polytechnic for Salina students to earn college credits and learn skills. The school district is the sponsoring agency for: *Central Kansas Cooperative in Education *Heartland Early Education *Salina Adult Education Center

A large school in a rural area about 60 miles from Oklahoma and 60 miles from Colorado. The district is fairly progressive with a new high school to be finished in 2012.
