At the US Council of Hispanics in Construction , our mission is to inform ,connect and inspire growth of our minority members that include: founders, investors, general contractors , subcontractors, employees , and students. We are building the most trusted, profesional , and productive Hispanic in Construction in the industry. USCON builds by focusing on four pillars for Hispanics in Construction at all levels: Health and Safety, Education, Diverse and Inclusive Connections and our Future Generation. USCON's vision is to contribute to build a stronger USA construction industry, economy and workforce by empowering the impactful emerging Hispanic that builds in many ways or roles. USCON and its members as one, aim to be the most trusted and professional Hispanics in construction partners not only amongst the council , but for all the industry and at all levels.
