Electrolytic Technologies Systems (ETS) specializes in the manufacturing of on-site chlorine gas generation, 12.5% sodium hypochlorite generation, and commercial brine-to-bleach plants. These fully engineered, factory-tested, and ready-for-installation plants utilize unique technology and are commissioned under the trade name KlorigenTM. Operating since 2001, ETS’ global commercial customer base produces an excess of 150,000kg of chlorine daily.
ETS’ principal technology, KlorigenTM, produces non-pressurized chlorine gas, membrane-grade sodium hydroxide, and high strength sodium hypochlorite at point-of-use, using salt, water, and electricity. This point-of-use generation significantly reduces the costs and eliminates the risks associated with the transportation of these products in traditional chlorine and sodium hypochlorite applications. KlorigenTM generated chemicals meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60 requirements and the process has been labeled by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a “Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology”.

We can coat any metal and rubber product with custom engineered formulations of wet spray, electrostatic powder, fluidized bed powder thermoplastic, and dip coating.
At Coating Systems Inc., we strive to create custom formulations to help you reach new milestones, create new products, and to make your existing products last longer, increase productivity, and decrease operating costs. Below are just a few of the many coating services we offer.
Surface Coating:
The term surface coating applies to most natural or synthetic products that have a primary function to protect the surface or object. At Coating Systems Inc., we specialize in powder coatings and spin coatings for machinery and equipment in a variety of industries. Our coatings form a bond with the surface and create a thin film that improves release, reduces friction and provides protection against abrasive chemicals, water, and other substances.
Ceramic Coating:
Ceramic coating is a heat-resistant coating that typically withstands temperatures between 1300 to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit. In fact, some of the most advanced ceramic coatings can withstand temperatures up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit! In addition to making surfaces resistant to heat, ceramic coating also helps lubricate the surfaces to increase efficiency and longevity. Also, ceramic coatings help to prevent surfaces from rusting, scratching, fading, and damages from other wear and tear.
Powder Coating:
If you need a high-quality, durable finish, powder coating may be the perfect solution for you. Powder coating is a dry coating process which has become increasingly popular due to its efficiency, durability, and minimal effect on the environment. Powder materials can be applied to a variety of metals, or anything that can hold an electrostatic charge.
