The USBG National Charity Foundation’s mission is to advance the lifelong stability and wellbeing of service industry professionals through education & charitable programs. OUR THREE PILLARS There are tens of thousands of service industry professionals in the United States working in all sorts of positions, & these people are the focus of the support of the Foundation & its programs. Social Responsibility The Foundation understands that in order to sustain a long-term career in the service industry, it is important to support all aspects of your life, personal & public. Philanthropy The Foundation is honored to be able to support those in our industry dealing with emergency & catastrophic hardship in their lives through the Bartender Emergency Assistance Program & the Helen David Relief Fund.
