USA Millwork Information

USA Millwork is pleased to announce that it has sold substantially all of its assets in multiple going concern business transactions to independent operators during the second quarter of 2022. Those asset sales include the manufacturing, installation and sales facilities in River Falls, WI (now operating as O’Keefe Millwork), Morgan Hill, CA (now operating as Mission Bell), Duluth, GA (now operating as Cabinets by Design Casework Millwork), and Manassas, VA (now operating as USAM DC). Each asset sale was purchased by an experienced operator, with the objective of assuring continuity of all USA Millwork projects across the country. USA Millwork and each buyer are working with customers to transfer project contracts in a consensual manner. Remaining activity at USA Millwork is to facilitate the transfer of the contracts and provide transition support to the asset buyers.
