U.S. Well Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: USWS) is a Houston, Texas based oilfield well stimulation service provider to the upstream oil and gas industry. USWS currently utilizes its conventional diesel and multi-patented electric frac fleets, referred to as Clean Fleet®, to complete high-pressure hydraulic fracturing services within unconventional oil and natural gas basins throughout the United States. We believe our hydraulic fracturing fleets are among the most reliable and highest performing fleets in the industry with the capability to meet the most demanding pressure and flow rates our customers require. Our management team has extensive experience in providing completion services to exploration and production companies throughout the country. We intend to focus our core activities in the most active oil and natural gas plays within the United States where we believe we have a competitive advantage due to the high performance and durability of our equipment as well as our ability to support high asset utilization rates that result in more efficient operations. We currently have district operations in WV, OH, PA, and TX where we are currently under contract to perform high pressure, high rate, hydraulic fracturing services within the Marcellus, Utica, Eagle Ford, Eaglebine, and Permian basins. We are also evaluating opportunities with existing and new customers to expand our operations into new areas throughout the United States.
