Our experience ranges from development stage project, P3 concession transactions, through the acquisition and operation of utility assets. Private capital can be used to develop and to finance new and innovative projects or to complement public sources. Acting in concert with publicly owned systems and utilities through public-private-partnerships. Using private capital will create competition. Competition will deliver the best value for investments and thus maximize the economic benefits for the ultimate consumers. US Water Partners sees an enormous opportunity by unlocking these economic benefits of competition and to supporting the public sector in creating necessary efficiencies for its constituents and customers in the light of enormous infrastructure capital investment needs. Water is the most fundamental infrastructure of a nation's economy. It is the major component of the populations' health and it is embedded in every part of an economic value chain. Effectively it is an essential part of every product we use, we sell and we export. Making a nation's water infrastructure more efficient is critical to its social and economic success. We focus on three situations:- Private water and wastewater utility systems and projects: Acquisition and upgrade of privately owned systems within the US.- Publicly owned water and wastewater utility systems and projects: Concessions to build and to operate water assets within the US.
