Third, we use our own proprietary database with search and texting capabilities, along with social and technology databases at no cost to you Our clients range from Fortune 100-500 companies to the hottest startups and early-stage tech companies throughout the US. We're a start-up company founded in 2013 by our sister company - Cooper & Associates. Combined we have 25 years of recruiting and staffing experience. We've built and utilize our Recruiting as a Service (RAAS) platform, an Email/SMS system designed to expedite the sourcing and hiring process and disrupt traditional recruiting.
