Urban Creative Studio Information

Urban Creative is an architecture and design practice formed by Andrew Milward-Bason and Greg Pitts who have over 25 years experience between them, working on award winning projects both here and internationally. The practice is committed to making a positive transformational contribution to our urban and architectural landscapes. We seek an architecture that engages with its urban, social, and historical context and that fosters a sustainable future through innovation, rigorous analysis, and inspiration. It should be inherently driven by performance, structural legibility, spatial and organisational clarity and it should delight, inspire, and surprise. We combine design excellence with expertise in project delivery and we think laterally to find unique solutions to the specific needs of each project. We believe in the power of ideas, and that through collaboration and discourse, great outcomes are achievable under a shared vision of the future. We are experienced working at all scales from furniture and residential design to masterplanning.
