UB provides therapy and counseling for individuals, couples, families and groups dealing with issues related to mental health, addiction, relationships, career and wellness. UB makes therapy accessible and affordable by accepting most insurance and having an internal billing department. UB also offers new clients a complimentary 20 minute consultation to see if our services are a fit for your needs.
