Upward Technologies builds custom software and websites, and then hosts and supports them itself. Most agencies hand you a repository and wish you luck. We designed the business so the people who wrote the code are the people who get the alert at three in the morning. There is no handover, because there is nowhere to hand it to. We build software for a living, so we built our own. More than twenty internal tools and AI automation take the repetitive half of building and running: the scaffolding, the checks, the triage, the reporting. That is why a team this small can do both jobs, and why the judgement stays with the person whose name is on the work. A small Netherlands-based software and hosting company, working with Dutch and European clients from the Netherlands and with remote staff inside the EEA.
