Upfront Events is a full-service live event management and operations company specializing in festivals, large-scale events, premium experiences and complex guest-facing programs. We partner with clients to create and deliver turnkey events from early planning and development through onsite execution. We can lead an event from the ground up or integrate with an existing team to take ownership of key operational scopes and provide experienced leadership where it’s needed most. Our work spans event and site operations, budgeting and forecasting, vendor procurement and management, staffing, guest services, hospitality and VIP programs, credentials and access, environmental design, food and beverage coordination, and cross-functional event management.
