Pilates is a non impact form of total body conditioning designed to meet the needs of everyone. The Pilates Exercise Method enhances quality of life through addressing the whole body, promoting balance, strength, stamina and flexibility. The Pilates Exercise Method incorporates floor work and specially designed machines to develop a strong, centred and balanced body. Pilates is suitable for any age and fitness level, including athletes, office workers, pregnant women and the elderly. The team at UPE Pilates applies current research and practice to the traditional principles of Joseph Pilates. UPE team members are all Australian Pilates Method Association Certified and expert trainers, experienced at the highest level to guarantee you achieve your goals. UPE is an affiliated APMA studio and all instructors are full members of the APMA committed to ongoing continuing professional education in order to maintain an exceptional standard of Pilate's instruction.
