OUR SERVICES Our 100% pre-inspection is offered to property owner/s in an effort to assist responsible parties in the preparation for an Official REAC Inspection. We inspect all inspectable areas including 100% of all units to inform you of the current UPCS Compliance Environment and record necessary repairs needed to be completed in order for your facility to pass an Official REAC Inspection. Our 100% Pre-Inspections are designed and conducted specifically to prepare your property for an official inspection and to demonstrate the inspection protocol and process to employees who will be responsible for preparation on future REAC UPCS Physical Inspections. We inspect your property using our own uniquely developed interactive report software with optional advanced or customized digital report design following the same exact protocol used during a Certified REAC Inspection. Through the discovery process we will help train your staff to identify defects defined in the UPCS code.
