Welcome to the UP21 Foundation, located in St. Tammany Parish in Louisiana. UP21 is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to provide support, resources and education to families of individuals with Down syndrome and the community to foster an environment in which individuals with Down syndrome achieve their full potential in their community. UP21 began as a group of mothers who had a goal to educate the community about the abilities of individuals with Down Syndome. Our board now consists of the following individuals.
