For more than twenty-five years Jay’s progressive leadership approach has propelled him to executive positions with the Johns Hopkins Health System, HCA, and several consulting firms. His leadership blog NoExcusesHR, which he has written for more than a decade, has consistently been recognized for its high accountability focus on leadership. Jay lives in Tampa, Florida where he volunteers on the Board of the Children’s Cancer Center and in various leadership positions at Hyde Park United Methodist Church.
