We are three Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who came together after more than a decade of witnessing the same story unfold—families searching for support, only to be met with age limits, high minimum hour requirements, and service models that felt too rigid for real life. We knew families needed more than a standard approach; they needed care that recognized their unique stories. So we built something different—something unconventional.
