Most of us spend our lives trying to become something. More successful. More secure. More certain. More admired. More in control. But what if freedom does not come from becoming more? What if it begins by seeing what is already driving us? Unmukt is a 25-year body of work exploring liberation in everyday life. It began with a deceptively simple question: Who is the person building the success? Not only what are we building, achieving or becoming, but what within us is doing the building? Fear? Identity? The need to prove? The need to belong? Or something freer? Over thousands of conversations with entrepreneurs, individuals, families and leaders, this inquiry gradually became a systematic body of work. Today, Unmukt brings together timeless principles of consciousness and contemporary understanding of the human mind to explore a practical possibility: Can we live, lead, build, love and participate in the world without being unconsciously governed by the identities and patterns we have accumulated? Our work moves through three movements: Seeing. Unbinding. Integration. Seeing what governs us. Loosening what no longer needs to govern us. And allowing that understanding to enter the way we actually live. Today, this work finds expression across entrepreneurs, individuals, families, teens and youth, organisations and communities.
