College UnMazed's mission is:To provide students with current, quality resources and curriculum for their high school to college path that leads to top admissions and scholarships. While working as a full time college counselor for the number ranked high school in the state of Florida, Dr. Amanda Sterk looked for a "one stop shop" to which she could point students and parents who had questions about the high school to college process; such as academic planning, college and career exploration, and paying for college. When she could not find anything specific for Florida students, she started to create her own step-by-step curriculum and resources for her families. After two short years, her student's scholarships grew from $800,000 to over $10,000,000! As well, her student's acceptances went from around 50 universities to over 120 with multiple full-rides at highly selective schools. Dr. Sterk knew she had to help other schools and families master the college admissions and scholarship process with ease and confidence. College UnMazed exists to create a comprehensive, user-friendly destination for anyone looking for guidance through the high school to college process.
