Unlocked is a social enterprise that employs people transitioning out of homelessness to make artisan products, providing wages, job training, and a supportive community. Our mission is to unlock opportunities for those transitioning out of homelessness. Our employees hand-craft original jewelry designs, which we sell on our website, at pop-up shops in the Nashville area, and through boutique partnerships. We work with local nonprofits to provide individualized, holistic services, and we strive to create sustainable life-change as we empower our employees towards permanent housing, future jobs, and self-confidence. Connecting the public to the real lives of some of the city’s most vulnerable, we create a platform for homelessness education and advocacy. In all things, we prioritize flexibility and humility in our approach, coming alongside others to create a more equitable world.
