TSUKUBA SCIENCE CITY The Tsukuba Science City is located at the center of Tsukuba City, 60 km northeast of Tokyo. Tsukuba Science City has about 60 educational and research organizations such as the University of Tsukuba, Tsukuba University of Technology, and High Energy Accelerator Research Organization, in 2,700 hectare-city area.
