We are a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan available to individuals who are entitled to Medicare Part A, enrolled in Medicare Part B and AHCCCS (State Medicaid program) and live in the service area of Cochise, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai or Yuma county. Our plan, which includes Part D Prescription Drug coverage, is dedicated to improving the quality of life and health of our members. Our members have access to a dedicated primary care provider who focuses on keeping them healthy and will provide referrals to specialty providers when there is medical need. With a large choice of providers, there are many great physicians to choose from. Our members also benefit from a team of people who understand their individual needs, and are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service. University Care Advantage is an HMO SNP plan with a Medicare Contract and a contract with the Arizona Medicaid program. Enrollment in University Care Advantage depends on contract renewal. This plan is available to anyone who has both Medical Assistance from the State and Medicare.
