USPL specialize in design and manufacture for Heat Transfer equipment. With more than 15 years of extensive experience and commitment, we offer the best solution in design and provide the most competitive products in fabrication for our clients. Our Heat Transfer equipment includes the Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger, Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Tank, Process Skid Package and Steam & Process Piping and Site Installation. Our manufacturing facility has a built up area of 15,000 Sqft and fully under shelter with 2 units of (10+8) Ton overhead gantry crane. It is equipped with a machine shop for cutting, drilling, bending and machining. Other than conventional welding machine we do have Auto/Semi Auto welding machine inclusive of Auto tube end welding machine. All qualified under ASME Code with approved WPS / PQR / WPQ witnessed by reputable third party agency. Non Destructive Testing will be conducted by external agency with qualified NDE contractor. We do have a dedicated team of QA/QC engineers with certified welding inspector qualificated with ASNT level II in RT, UT, PT & MPI methods. Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE)
