Universal Construction and Bradley S. Thomas Construction are locally owned and operated and have been doing business in Southwest Washington since 1964. Our homes can be found in Skamania County, Cowlitz County, Clark County, and Vancouver, Washington. Our quality and efficiency sets Universal Construction apart in the homebuilding industry. With more than 50 years experience in building homes, we provide valuable insight, reliability and dependability. Universal and Brad Thomas has developed over 24 subdivisions. We build an average of 24 to 30 homes each year, both in our subdivisions as well as on privately owned lots. Brad Thomas is our President and General Manager. His involvement in all company financial matters, real estate development, and all operational details of construction, ensures our continued success. Brad personally works with our homeowners to assure complete satisfaction, assisting with financial lot options, home designs and selection of options and features. Brad works to reserve our high quality standards for all of our homes whether working with a first time home buyer or working on a specialty custom built home.
