Univercell-Biosolutions® is pleased to introduce its Center of expertise dedicated to human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) production. Univercell-Biosolutions works with clinicians, academics and industry leaders to produce next-generation hiPSc. Our team developed a panel of innovative and efficient quality controls to provide our customers with well characterized and standardized high quality hiPSc. Our goals are to make collaborations with relevant and robust hiPS tailored to fit with most differentiation protocols, to be efficient in the discovery of new therapeutics and to reduce the drug failure rate in clinical trials. For the first time, the end users applications and bottlenecks led our hIPSC cell lines development. As each application is particular we have designed processes to fit the different culture systems and to integrate the differentiation potential of iPSC. Pluri-one® Custom: Univercell-Biosolutions reprograms specialized iPSCs from human samples provided by the client. 2. Population of patients’ identification and sampling: Univercell-Biosolutions has access to samples of specific populations of patients displaying specific familial conditions. 3. Services: Our services include cell reprogramming, production, validation, banking services and management, fibroblasts validation 4. Technology transfer: We assist in the implementation of an in-house platform and provide staff training and stabilization of differentiation protocols where necessary.
