Unity GoldSilver Mines Inc Information

Unity GoldSilver Mines, Inc. (the "Company") is offering five hundred thousand (500,000) shares of common stock primarily to persons who are residents of the State of Washington; persons who are residents of other states or countries also may be qualified. The offering price is Two Dollars ($2.00) per share and the Company intends to raise One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) through this offering. This offering is being made to accredited investors only, pursuant to the exemption described in Washington State Rule 460-44A-300. The Company has received an acknowledgment of this exemption from the Washington Securities Division.
