Unity Care is a 501(c)3) organization headquartered in San Jose, CA, dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness for young adults aging out of foster care. Serving over 500 young adults throughout Alameda, Monterey, Placer, San Francisco, and Santa Clara Counties in Northern California, Unity Care’s 5 Pillars of Support Program Model helps reverse negative trends for young adults aging out of foster care. Through a trauma-informed and proactive support model, we help these youth build confidence, feel hopeful about their futures, and achieve career success and financial self-sufficiency as they transition into adulthood.

UPF is an international and interreligious network of individuals and organizations, including representatives from religion, government, civil society and the private sector dedicated to achieving world peace. An NGO in special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, UPF supports the work of the United Nations, particularly in the areas of interfaith peacebuilding, peace education, and the strengthening of marriage and family.
