Unitel, LLC Information

Unitel, Inc. is a longtime provider for telecommunications systems. We had a relationship with Toshiba for over 35 years and in 2017 we became the area’s Sangoma Select Dealer. We were named Partner of the Year in 2020. We design, sell, install and service business telephone systems, overhead paging, local network services, security and video surveillance, and provide voice and data cabling. Unitel, LLC traces its roots back to the early 1980’s and has a customer base over 2,000 strong. We have installed telephone systems ranging in size from 4 to 400 phones. Many customers have multiple locations and choose Unitel to provide their telecommunication solutions in a networked environment. We have earned and maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau for many years, a proud accomplishment as we are in one of the most complained about industries. In 2021 we were acquired by Amherst Communications – a service provider with a large footprint in central Wisconsin with a storied 118-year history.
