Unitel Group is a national-scale group company that provides mobile telecommunications, IPTV, internet, fixed-line triple-play services, satellite communications, broadband network services, satellite network services, and comprehensive mobile content services, making a tangible contribution to Mongolia’s economy and information technology sector. Unitel Group provides employment to more than 2,101 people and cooperates with more than 3,000 contractor companies and individuals. Following the establishment of Univision in 2011, the company has partnered with Hollywood’s six major studios and Korea’s CJ Entertainment, and over the years has delivered approximately 30,000 Asian, Mongolian, and Hollywood film contents to its customers with official licensing rights and high-quality service standards. In April 2016, Unitel Group became the first company in Mongolia to introduce a 4G LTE network. Later, on September 15, 2022, Unitel became the first company in Mongolia to launch a 5G network trial station, turning it on at the central square of Ulaanbaatar and making it accessible to the public. We have not only led the mobile telecommunications sector but have also become a comprehensive ICT service provider group operating across the widest range of areas in the information technology and communications industry. Unitel Group is a Mongolian-managed company and owns 100% of the shares of Univision LLC.
