United Horizons was established in 2005, to introduce Telecommunication solutions ,which are based on TCP/IP protocols such as Video Conference, Wireless Communications, Audio Visual Communications and Data Center. United Horizons uses professional parameters by applying Project Life Cycle with customers: - Life Cycle starts when the customer, who is added in the CRM, sends a request to Sales Department to study a project. - Sales Department will forward this request to Project Department to study this project. - Project Department will study the project and sends the result to Sales Department to send a quotation with a technical proposal. - In case the customer sends the PO, we will perform the project and give the customer training and technical information at the project delivery. - We will add project information in the Ticketing System to support the customer as well by the Operations Department which has technical staff working 24/7.
