United Founders Information

United Founders is a pan-European venture fund and founder community backing the next wave of European decacorns. We partner with bold builders from day one—bringing capital, expertise, and a deeply embedded network to help frontier-tech startups scale globally. We believe Europe has the talent to build world-leading technology companies; what’s missing is coordinated support. That’s why we’ve united 100+ accomplished entrepreneurs, operators, and domain experts to invest not only money, but thousands of founder hours into the continent’s most ambitious teams. Our Community includes pioneers such as Laurent Philonenko (Cisco, Asana), Richard Valtr (Mews), Florian Seibel (Quantum Systems), Alissa Hsu Lynch (The Honest Company), and Michal Pechoucek (Avast/Gen). Together, they form our “Founder Force”: an active network that helps teams refine strategy, build products, open doors to customers, and accelerate fundraising. With hubs across continent, we connect Europe’s fragmented innovation centers—giving founders early access to key markets and talent. We back visionary teams in deeptech, AI, MedTech, dual-use & security, Industry 4.0, and sustainable technologies. What makes United Founders different: • Founder Force: 100+ accomplished builders giving time & capital • Early access to frontier research & talent pools • 72-hour feedback cycle for fast decisions • Tailored advisory boards for every startup Our ambition is simple: help Europe build transformational companies that shape the future of global technology. If you’re building something important—get in touch.
