United Commercial Development Information

United Commercial Development was founded in 1988 with United Commercial Realty (UCR) and United Commercial Management. These entities formed the United Companies and along with UCD Development, LLC combined to develop more than 45 shopping centers over the last 28 years. Since 1988, United Commercial Development has acquired or developed approximately 5 million square feet of shopping centers; a 70,000 square foot office building in which the UCD is headquartered; a ten story high rise residential condominium in North Dallas; and co-developed Mockingbird Station Development, an award winning 500,000 square foot mixed-use project.
