Unidevelopment is one of the leading residential developers in Poland with a portfolio of over 30 projects. We have the credentials of 13 years of growth, over 4.9 thousand of residential and service premises, that gives the total area of 295 thousand of sqm. We are active in Warsaw, Poznań, Radom and Gdańsk. Annual sales amount to 1000 apartments, and there are new projects in the pipeline. We develop open space premises with focus on our clients and their needs. We create space for good living and relationship with neighbors. Among our outstanding projects we should mention, i.a. Dom Awangarda in the tranquil estate of Ochota in Warsaw or FAMA in Poznań district of Jeżyce. Most attention we pay to ecological education and promotion of ecological standards. Since 2017 we have run social campaign ekoPOZYTYWNIE nurtuje nas natura. Our projects are based on energy efficiency and optimal materials usage to minimalize the drainage of natural resource. Many of our estates have already used renewable energy sources. In several we have photovoltaic installations, that lower the energy cost in common area. We also implement solutions for the use of rainwater and common rainwater. Unidevelopment is a member of Polish Association of Developers and Polish Green Building Council.
