Unicamp E-Racing is an extracurricular team that designs, manufactures, and tests a high-performance electric and autonomous Formula SAE vehicle. Our team is composed of future professionals from various exact science courses at UNICAMP, one of the most renowned universities in Latin America. The interdisciplinary nature of the team is related to the complexity of the project, which aims for innovations in the automotive sector. With 7 national titles and 2 world titles in the Formula SAE Electric championships, the team is currently engaged in developing the first Autonomous In-Wheel Drive vehicle in Brazil. We aim to apply our theoretical knowledge in practice by building and validating a Formula SAE prototype, which leads us to seek innovative solutions at the frontier of technology in collaboration with sponsors and the government program Rota 2030. The end result is an unparalleled experience in teamwork, innovation, quality management, cost control, and project and product documentation.
