UNGI (Ozneftegazinformatika) is a Tashkent-based engineering and IT service provider specializing in industrial automation and digital solutions for the energy sector. The company originated in 1980 as a sectoral information center under the Soviet gas industry, known as KIVS. Over time, it evolved into a national technology partner for Uzbekistan’s oil and gas infrastructure. In line with modernization efforts, the company was restructured and renamed Ozneftegazinformatika, expanding its expertise in SCADA systems, instrumentation, and industrial software development. On June 3, 2020, Ozneftegazinformatika became a publicly listed company on the Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent”, trading under the symbol UNGI.
